Biography

Tanya Kostadinova is a Bulgarian-born actress working across the UK and Europe in English and Bulgarian. She trained in theatre in Bulgaria and later in screen acting at Met Film School, after completing a BA in Drama and an MA in Filmmaking. She spent a decade living in London, which continues to inform her work and perspective.

She is drawn to grounded, character-led storytelling, with a focus on subtle emotional shifts and naturalistic performance.

Tanya works in her natural East European accent and has developed a London-influenced English accent through her time living in the UK. She continues to refine and adapt her accent work depending on the role.

Alongside acting, she has strong physical training in contemporary dance, horseback riding, swimming, and snowboarding, which often supports her screen work and physical adaptability.
